About

As a writer, I craft novels, short stories, magazine articles, novellas, scripts and the occasional essay. My writings are published in various forms, which consist of print and ebooks, as well as digital and online publications. In the near future, my writings will be produced as feature films and made-for-TV movies.

I started this meandering road of writing and publishing in 1995 upon the publication of my first novel in the romance genre. But before then I began writing to share my passion for words, language, storytelling, and reading with others. As I developed as a writer (thanks to subsequent publishing credit in fiction and non fiction), I began to realize my role had expanded to not only tell a good story but also to “say something,” and thus began the inclusion of themes or messages in my works. This expanded role steered me from the romance genre (temporarily?) to encompass other genres of fiction.

Through my writings, I choose to be part of the mass movement aimed at advancing this world in a positive way and aimed at helping humanity truly embrace “all that is good, noble, pure, and right.” If, through my writings, I touch people emotionally, or move people to think about long-held beliefs, or force people to engage in positive legacy work, then I consider myself a successful writer.

    • Hi Meagan and thanks for the kind words. That’s my goal…to help others (and be helped) as we travel along this meandering path called life. Thanks for stopping in and many blessings to you.

  3. Hi Ann, I just found your blog through Carol Balawyder while reading about her work and the writers she features. I am happy to get to know your blog. Will pop round and have a read. Happy Weekend!

    • Hello Juli,
It’s so wonderful to meet you and thank you for stopping by. It’s always fun to surf the blogosphere and see what other treasures are out there and I saw plenty of beautiful treasures on your site. Thank you for adding more beauty to the world. We need it. We need you. Enjoy your summer!

      • Hello Ann, thank you so much for your sweet response, I adore that so much. It is so nice that I met you through my blogger friends, they are all wonderful people, and I read your blog, you do such a good job too, we need people like you to write interesting words, phrases, paragraphs and they all turn into something that we all want to read. Don’t go away from writing, keep blooming. Yes I love making the past come back. I quite my job one day to join the universe of making what my grandma’s made long time ago, I thought that some of the things are missing and have gone lost and it is about time to make them come back and teach the world we need our great ancestors’ beauties to live with them. Technology has caught up with us, yes it is good in one way, but it seems that it has also erased lots of traditions at which we grew up with. Sad! But well we will survive! So nice having you here. Let’s make it a world, beautiful, we will all sail together in one ship – WordPress! haha!

      • Unfurling the sails of WordPress to sail into a beautiful new world of love and beauty…of our making. I’m with you, my sister. Let’s do this!
